The Horizon Stitchliner Mark V enables the inline production of saddle-stitched brochures in conjunction with high-speed inkjet printing systems. It is therefore the perfect complement to our equally modern digital sheetfed and web presses.
The new system not only serves to further automate the printing processes at ESSER, but also further increases the quality of our printed products. For example, after unwinding and cross-cutting in the system, each sheet is creased individually. This ensures maximum precision in the subsequent folding process, so that even thick brochures can be produced in outstanding quality and at maximum speed.
