This significantly lowers the hurdle of a large minimum print run, as even small print runs can be printed without great effort. Uncomplicated order processing.
Processing involves significantly less effort on the customer side. Thanks to an automatic connection to our customer's system, the entire process runs virtually in the background. The print data is retrieved at a predefined time and then processed automatically.
The customer no longer has to send e-mails back and forth to explain exactly what is required, as everything runs fully automatically. This also reduces the susceptibility to errors enormously.
The basic requirement for print-on-demand:
The basic prerequisite for print-on-demand is automation through the customer's system connection. Otherwise, the customer will again have a high level of effort for the ordering process for small, varying print runs and therefore no economic benefit.
Our established and tried-and-tested print-on-demand workflows make business models possible that traditional print shops are unable to cope with. These include printed advertising materials in 1:1 marketing, attractive mailings that are tailored precisely to the individual customer, individual and personalised product sheets and operating instructions. And all in the shortest possible time.
The print run can be as small as 25 copies or as large as 5000. Even if the trend is clearly towards smaller print runs, we can also realise large print runs for you in digital printing. Thanks to our many years of experience in the print-on-demand sector, we are able to take over the complete production and fulfilment for your company.
Print-on-demand and digital web printing.
We were one of the first print shops in Germany to switch our production completely to digital printing. Among other things, we have an HP T250 HD high-speed inkjet web press and can print brochures, posters, flyers, instruction manuals and many other print products at unrivalled prices.
This puts us at the forefront of all digital printing products and processes. Print-on-demand - flexible and in colour - at top prices thanks to high-speed inkjet printing.
Last-minute changes? No problem!
The business world is fast-moving and constantly changing. We adapt to the lives and work of our customers, producing just-in-sequence and delivering on demand. The automotive industry is a good example of this. The various parts are delivered piece by piece and are not all in stock.
If, for example, a supplier does not deliver the seat, the car cannot yet be completed and therefore no operating instructions are required. As long as these are not needed, they do not have to be ordered. Otherwise, storage capacity would be required. Print-on-demand therefore minimises the risk for the customer and nothing is delivered that is not yet needed.
