Review of the ESSER Group for 2023

Dear colleagues and customers,

Diana Esser:

... here we are and the last days of 2023 have begun. It's amazing how quickly this year has passed and how it has picked up speed. It's absolutely amazing how many projects we have managed together and what has happened. We have realised a lot of changes. We have relocated production from one site to another. We have merged the production systems. We have optimised and changed a great deal.

Anyone who knows us knows that we are not resting on our laurels, but are constantly endeavouring to become even better. True to the motto: standing still is going backwards. Of course, this demands a lot from our colleagues. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks for your support and loyalty.

A big thank you to all colleagues at all locations. Without you, we would not be where we are today. Many, many thanks.

We have reflected a lot and have also considered in management what we are lacking and what we could optimise, what we could improve. We then brought Rolf Blind on board in May as the person responsible for our sales and marketing in order to further improve in these areas, to become even more effective and structured and to make our spearhead even sharper.

Rolf, how was your year? 2023 in the Group?

Rolf Blind:

... Exciting, intense and over insanely quickly. You never know what to expect when you return to your home industry after a break. But after just a few days, it felt really, really good. As if I had never been away. It's a bit like when an experienced racehorse returns to the racecourse and wants to give it another go.

It feels really good and, in addition to my colleagues at the locations, who made it easy for me to get started by really pulling my weight and moving forward, all the Group's customers were of course also responsible for this. And on behalf of all my colleagues in the Group, I would like to thank you, dear customers, for your trust in 2023.

For all your enquiries and orders, for all the extended framework agreements we were able to conclude and for the creative workshops we were able to organise with you. For all the special requests, special requirements and ideas that ensured that we never got bored here in 2023.

That is our claim. And now we wish you and you dear customers and you dear colleagues in Göttingen, Ergolding and Bretten: Merry Christmas, relaxing holidays and a happy and healthy New Year!
